About The Position
Rancho San Diego Dentists is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to support oral health care and contribute to a strong patient experience. The role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth while working with a team focused on clinical excellence and long-term patient relationships. The dental assistant will work alongside the dentist and care team, use modern dental technology, and help maintain a comfortable, clean, and sterile environment for patients. Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist as necessary to help patients commit to the best possible treatment with urgency.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable.
- Complete patient X-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate and at the direction of the dentist.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with American Dental Association guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and other regulations and policies, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, and HR policies and practices.
