About The Position

Glade Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join a team focused on clinical excellence and creating lasting patient relationships. Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment to the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable.
• Complete X-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate and at the direction of the dentist.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with American Dental Association guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and other regulations and policies, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, and HR policies and practices.
