About The Position

Brite Smile is seeking a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant to support patient care at its Gun Barrel office. The RDA welcomes and prepares patients for dental exams, takes digital X-rays, assists dentists with treatment procedures, and helps maintain a sterile, organized clinical environment. The role also includes educating patients about treatment options and aftercare, performing teeth polishing and sealant placement, managing appointments and patient care, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual; the job title specifies bilingual, but the languages are not stated.

• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing certifications; training is available for the right candidate.
