About The Position

Ottosen & Nygard Endodontics, supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to work temporarily in Wenatchee, Washington, for at least three months. The assistant supports clinical procedures and helps create a positive experience for patients and the team by preparing treatment rooms, taking digital X-rays, maintaining patient records, and providing patient education. The position works Monday through Friday and pays $20.60–$30.97 per hour. Mosaic Dental Collective offers access to ongoing training, development, and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus training courses mandated by the state for certification, licensure, or registration.
• At least 1 year of Registered Dental Assistant experience.
• Certifications, licenses, or registrations mandated by the applicable state.
• Strong organization and attentiveness to patients’ needs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures and educate patients.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate a compassionate, caring demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Endodontics experience.
• Ability to travel to the Moses Lake, Washington location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments.
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral health maintenance.
