About The Position

Diamond Braces is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Assistant for its fast-growing, technology-driven orthodontic organization. The role supports orthodontists in delivering patient care and helps maintain an efficient clinical environment. The position offers training and support for candidates transitioning from general dentistry, as well as opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the organization. Starting pay is $25.00+ per hour. The role is on-site, and local travel between nearby offices may be required.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Dental Assistant; state requirements apply.
• At least one year of dental experience.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Orthodontic experience.
• Digital scanner experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures.
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions.
• Prepare treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments.
• Sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Document clinical notes accurately.
• Fabricate Essix retainers and assist with laboratory procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
