Requirements
- 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Missouri
- Proficiency in the following skills: Anesthesia Monitoring, Venipuncture and IVC placements, Dental Prophy and radiographs, Cystocentesis, Microscope evaluation, Client communication and education
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs.
- Ensure an efficient surgical and procedural workflow, anticipating the needs of the veterinary team and patients.
- Communicate with clients to review treatment plans, answer questions, and provide discharge instructions with empathy and clarity.
