About The Position
The Registered Clinical Dietitian plans regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by the Medical Staff. The role includes routinely visiting patients, counseling patients with nutritional needs, participating in hospital, patient, community education and outpatient programs, and assisting with the department’s Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan. Shifts will primarily be Wednesday through Friday, with weekend coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a license from the state in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical setting experience is preferred.
- Rehabilitation experience is a plus.
