About The Position
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Tall Tree Health, you'll be part of one of BC’s most comprehensive private multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Requirements
- Qualified to practice clinical counselling in British Columbia.
- Member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
- Ideally, 2+ years experience in private practice.
- Experience with chronic pain clients: some experience working with clients navigating the challenges of chronic pain, including its effects on mental health, relationships, and daily functioning, would be an asset.

- Enthusiasm for teaching: Love sharing knowledge and can help mentor colleagues.
- Humility and curiosity: Eagerness to learn and collaborate.
Responsibilities
- Provide client-centered therapy. Assess and treat individuals using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to their needs, including CBT, ACT, EMDR, or other approaches within your scope.
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Coordinate care with Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, and more when an integrated approach is beneficial for client outcomes.
- Engage with external stakeholders. Collaborate with third-party insurance providers, employers, and other relevant professionals while maintaining clear, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Commit to continuous growth. Stay up to date with the latest research, therapeutic advancements, and best practices to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care.
