Provide service coverage for a Financial Advisor/Private Wealth Advisor/team, including supporting them in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships. Execute money movement transactions, answer general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts, and enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation. Educate or enroll clients in digital tools, onboard and maintain client accounts, and provide existing clients with details around their account information. Accept or enter unsolicited orders and/or enter solicited orders, and support the FAs/PWAs/teams’ marketing strategy and business plan. Remain current on all policies, procedures, and new platforms, and participate in firm initiatives, special projects, and other duties directed by local management. Provide administrative support by answering inbound phone calls or making outbound calls with updates on service requests, managing calendars, coordinating meetings or events, maintaining travel itineraries, preparing expense reports, and managing the reimbursement process. Assist with general in-office support functions such as copying, filing, and scanning documentation.
