Provide service coverage for a Financial Advisor (FA)/Private Wealth Advisor (PWA)/team, including supporting them in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships. Execute money movement transactions, answer general non-investment related questions, and enter/pre-fill account documentation. Educate clients on digital tools, onboard and maintain client accounts, and provide existing clients with details about their account information. Accept or enter unsolicited and solicited orders, and support the FAs/PWAs/teams' marketing strategy and business plan. Remain current on policies, procedures, and new platforms, and participate in firm initiatives. Provide administrative support by answering inbound calls, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, maintaining travel itineraries, preparing expense reports, and assisting with general in-office support functions.
