About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Waianae, Hawaii. This part-time position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday afternoons, approximately 10 hours per week, with exact session times from 3pm to 5pm. The role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by an assigned BCBA. Supervision includes in-session checks, observations, and feedback. The RBT will collect session data and submit notes. Step Ahead ABA focuses on providing therapy to families on Medicaid across Hawaii and ensures a dedicated care manager and a schedule that accommodates the client's needs, family's availability, and the RBT's schedule, rather than a corporate hours target.

Requirements

Active RBT certification with the BACB.
Prior ABA experience.
Availability Mon–Fri afternoons, about 10 hours per week.
Reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
Collect session data.
Submit notes for the work performed.
