About The Position
Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to supporting children and young adults (ages 3–23) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Guided by experienced BCBAs and LCSWs, we provide families with individualized ABA tools, principles, and compassionate care. Since 2015, our mission has been to foster confidence, skill development, and meaningful progress for every learner.
Requirements
- Background in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, or related fields
- Experience working with children, especially those with ASD or developmental delays
- Strong communication & data collection skills
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with a student in their home or community
- Implement the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) created by a supervising BCBA
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through structured and play-based learning
- Collect data and document session notes
- Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA
