About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for full-time or part-time schedules, clinic-based work only (not in-home), paid training and career growth, meaningful work with children, and a supportive ABA team environment. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting, implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collecting and documenting behavioral data, supporting communication, skill development, and daily living goals, and collaborating with BCBAs, clinicians, and families.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completed high school national equivalent
• Have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting

• Collect and document behavioral data
• Support communication, skill development, and daily living goals
