About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina. We are seeking candidates who are current Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs) seeking certification, or candidates interested in ABA therapy, psychology, education, or child development. New graduates are welcome, as are candidates seeking pediatric clinic jobs in Cameron, NC. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completed high school national equivalent
- Reliable transportation

- Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting
- Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Support communication, skill development, and daily living goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, and families
