About The Position

We're seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join the TERI team! At TERI, we are committed to the children and adults we serve, and to their families. TERI is looking for RBT's to work in our non-public schools. TERI is one of the only agencies in the county that can offer consistent, full-time schedules for RBT’s. Requirements

Valid RBT Credential.
Must have good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
One-year-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in in with special needs and experience working with individuals.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred Associate of Arts.

Responsibilities

Delivery of individually designed Behavior Support Plans and instructional plans in home, school and/or community settings as assigned.
Data collection and documentation of progress on Behavior Support Plans and instructional plans, documentation of behavior or other observations; incident/injury reports; and other documentation as assigned.
Compliance with BACB code of ethics and professionalism.
Crisis intervention as needed to protect client and/or student safety.
Delivering client behavior and learning programs with fidelity and as designed.
Attendance at all meetings either in person, by phone, or by internet with the BCBA, Director, Behavior Team, and/or the family or meetings related to ongoing training, as assigned.
