We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) and help change lives. This role is not just a job, but a calling to work with children diagnosed with autism. We provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and offer strong clinical mentorship, career pathways, and a supportive culture focused on collaboration and shared success. You will work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
