Apollo Behavior is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence seeking aspiring RBTs and experienced behavior therapists/RBTs to join our team in Duluth, Georgia. Our therapists assist children with autism in reaching their full potential through our center-based applied behavior analysis program in the metro Atlanta area. We are committed to providing exceptional clinical work and creating a positive work environment. We prioritize hiring top talent and equipping them with the necessary resources for success. Our BCBAs have low billable hour requirements and manageable caseloads. RBTs are compensated well and receive excellent ongoing training. We foster a fun, collaborative, and non-bureaucratic culture that supports a healthy work-life balance. All therapists will become RBT certified within 2-4 weeks of joining. As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one therapy based on applied behavior principles to children with autism, primarily in a clinic setting.
