About The Position

At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we are seeking dedicated individuals to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through various engaging activities. You will maintain a clean and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping children grow and succeed. Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Registered Behavior Technician Certification

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

Occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
