About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and clinician support. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. The role offers direct BCBA mentorship, thoughtful caseloads, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid training, career growth toward becoming a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. The listed client schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 4:00–7:00 PM, and Tuesday from 4:30–7:30 PM. Pay is $20–$28 per hour, and a $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
