About The Position

The Treetop is hiring In-Clinic/In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona (Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas). This role is for compassionate, dedicated professionals who want to help children grow, learn, and reach their full potential. The Treetop offers support, training, and growth opportunities for those beginning their journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or those already certified as an RBT. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license.
Auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

ABA experience is a plus.
Already certified as an RBT.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs.
Keep families updated on their child's progress.
Work independently in clients' homes while staying connected with the clinical team.
