About The Position

The Treetop is hiring In-Clinic/In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona (Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas). They are looking for compassionate, dedicated professionals to help children grow, learn, and reach their full potential. The company offers support, training, and growth opportunities for both new and experienced RBTs. The role involves working 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences in their natural environment (clients' homes) to implement individualized therapy plans, track progress, and update families. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus.
• Certified as an RBT.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs.
• Keep families updated on their child's progress.
• Travel to clients' homes within the service area.
