We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This position starts part-time with opportunities for full-time growth and benefits. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Requirements

Passion for working with children
Positive, upbeat personality and strong willingness to learn
No experience required — just the right attitude and heart for the work
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, compassionate, adaptable individuals who enjoy helping others and making a difference

Nice To Haves

Valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate
Active RBT Certification in good standing

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Implement individualized treatment plans with support from your supervising BCBA
Track client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Use play-based teaching and positive reinforcement strategies
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and career development opportunities
