We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This position starts part-time with opportunities for full-time growth and benefits. Requirements
- Passion for working with children
- Positive, upbeat personality and strong willingness to learn
- No experience required — just the right attitude and heart for the work
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves
- Valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate
- Active RBT Certification in good standing
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
- Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans with support from your supervising BCBA
- Track client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Use play-based teaching and positive reinforcement strategies
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and career development opportunities
