About The Position
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) at Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. This role involves implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, tracking progress, and supporting families. ALC is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those served by helping children with autism reach their fullest potential in a supportive, compassionate, and innovative environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
