About The Position

Galliant is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for its Elkhorn clinic, including both active RBTs and entry-level candidates who are ready to pursue certification. The role provides 1-on-1, assent-based therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), supporting communication, daily living skills, social connections, and reduced challenging behaviors. Galliant covers the 40-hour RBT course and national BACB exam fees for uncertified hires, with certification targeted within the first 8 weeks. This is a fully clinic-based position with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Occasional team meetings may run until 5:00 PM. Team members work alongside accessible BCBAs and use a clinic-provided tablet to record session data and write objective daily progress notes. Compensation is listed as $20–$26 per hour for active certified RBTs based on relevant experience and $19–$20 per hour for uncertified or entry-level hires; another section notes certified RBT starting pay may reach $28 per hour. Requirements

Active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB, or a high school diploma/GED and willingness to learn.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for commuting to the Elkhorn clinic.
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and transition quickly to engage children safely.
High empathy, strong reliability, and dedication to positive client outcomes.

Nice To Haves
