Registered Behavior Technician (Paid RBT Certification)
About The Position
Galliant is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for its Corsicana clinic to provide 1-on-1, assent-based therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role is fully center-based and offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Occasional team meetings may extend the day to 5:00 PM. Active RBTs receive $18.50–$23.00 per hour based on relevant experience. Uncertified, entry-level hires receive $17.00–$18.50 per hour and receive paid training, including the full 40-hour RBT course and BACB exam fees, with certification targeted within the first eight weeks. Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing with the BACB, or have a high school diploma or GED and a strong willingness to learn.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for commuting to the Corsicana clinic.
- Be able to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and transition quickly to engage children safely.
- Demonstrate empathy, reliability, and dedication to positive client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavioral support plans in 1-on-1 sessions with children.
- Help children develop functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections while reducing challenging behaviors.
- Deliver compassionate, assent-based therapy that prioritizes each child's safety, happiness, and comfort.
- Use a clinic-provided tablet to record session data and draft objective daily progress notes in real time.
