About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one, specialized Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children on the autism spectrum in a center-based setting, working in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role supports individualized treatment plans and may involve weekday afternoon openings. Potential for part-time and/or full-time guaranteed hours is available. Paid training and support are provided.

Requirements

Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Access to reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
Keep pace physically with clients as they move about the session areas, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25 or more pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
Complete other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA.
