Registered Behavior Technician - Center Based
About The Position
Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum, from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-to-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a center-based setting. The role may offer part-time and/or full-time guaranteed hours, and most openings are weekday afternoons. Paid training and support are provided to help technicians carry out treatment plans. The position offers an opportunity to support children and families and to pursue career growth.
Requirements
- Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data to monitor progress and the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans, and report progress.
- Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
- Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
- Keep up physically with clients as they move around session areas, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25 or more pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
- Perform other tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA.
