About The Position

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise dedicated to quality, utilizing a play-based model that emphasizes Natural Environment Training (NET). We offer unique opportunities like monthly client field trips, high parent involvement with live therapy viewing, and a supportive work environment. We are seeking energetic and passionate Behavior Technicians for full-time or part-time roles who are eager to help children learn and have fun. SOS provides hands-on training, weekly team meetings, and quarterly in-service training days to enhance ABA knowledge. The company covers the cost for maintaining CPR and QBS Safety Care certifications. Staff receive performance reviews every six months.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician.
• No criminal background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Nice To Haves

• BCBA interns seeking supervision hours.
• Individuals interested in becoming a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Client material creation and preparation.
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
• Record client data in the software.
• Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with the BCBA.
• Attend Quarterly in-service pieces of training and team bonding activities.
• Cleaning duties.
