About The Position

Innovative Behavior Resources, Inc. is seeking full and part-time ABA Behavior Technicians in Sonoma County. If you are passionate about working with children and adolescents with autism, join our team. We offer competitive pay and flexible hours.

Requirements

Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification (we provide support and training).
ABA experience OR 1 year of 1:1 experience working with children (e.g., teacher, aide, nanny) preferred but not required.
Strong communicator and organized; reliable and able to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of a negative TB test.
Availability after 3PM a minimum of 3 days per week is required.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Collect and record data on behavior and skill development.
Implement behavior support strategies and treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with supervisors, families, caregivers, and schools.
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness when working with clients, families, and team members.
Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
