About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time evening work. The role provides in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, with support from BCBAs and opportunities to gain experience and grow in the ABA field. The position offers a flexible schedule, RBT training, and a collaborative professional team. Work is on the road, and a reliable personal vehicle is required.

Requirements

• RBT certification is required.
• A reliable personal vehicle and personal transportation are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Desire to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of the work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage time effectively.
