About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for evening hours. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule and the opportunity to develop a career in Applied Behavior Analysis while gaining experience and working alongside supportive BCBAs. The company emphasizes guidance, professional growth, and work-life balance, with sessions located no more than a 30-minute drive away.

RBTs provide therapy in clients’ homes and community settings, collect behavior and skill acquisition data, and contribute to collaborative work focused on positive outcomes. The role pays $22.00–$30.00 per hour. The schedule allows employees to choose their hours and includes midday hours, Monday to Friday. Work is on the road.

Requirements

• RBT certification is required.
• Have personal transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have excellent time management skills.
• Desire to participate in a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
