We’re looking for energetic, caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. No experience? No problem! This role is active and hands-on. Expect movement, play, and plenty of interaction!
Requirements
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Age 18+
Responsibilities
- Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids
- Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs
- Track progress through simple data collection
- Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community)
- Communicate with families and your team
- Attend ongoing training and supervision
