About The Position

This opportunity is designed specifically for certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are looking to grow their experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. In this role, you will deliver direct ABA services to children and their families by implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA. Services are provided in client homes or community-based settings depending on each client's needs. Most sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate your availability. Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour based on experience, consistency of availability, and overall qualifications. Spanish-speaking RBTs may qualify for premium pay.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Active auto insurance listing you as a covered driver.
  • Current negative TB test.
  • Demonstrate reliability, sound judgment, creativity in implementing programs, and adherence to ethical and clinical standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children, particularly within ABA or related pediatric settings.
  • Backgrounds in psychology, education, social services, or related fields.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Spanish-speaking ability.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed to improve communication, social interaction, and independence in daily living activities.
  • Collect accurate session data.
  • Follow behavior support plans.
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and team members to ensure treatment integrity.
  • Teach new skills while decreasing behaviors that may interfere with safety or independence using evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Maintain professionalism, consistency, compassion, and a strong commitment to helping clients make measurable progress.
