About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-to-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a center-based setting. They implement individualized treatment plans, track client progress, support family training, and communicate with clients, families, and supervisors. Paid training and support are provided.

Requirements

• Current, active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress.
• Support the BCBA in training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Keep pace with clients during sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25 pounds or more, running, squatting, and kneeling.
• Perform other tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA.
