About The Position
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) at Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) in Albuquerque, NM. ALC is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve by helping children with autism reach their fullest potential. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implements treatment plans from a BCBA, and tracks progress while supporting families. The position offers onsite BCBAs for real-time support.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
