About The Position
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team at the Richardson Center. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and supporting families by tracking progress. The role is based in Dallas, TX, with operating hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus.
