About The Position

In2Great Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their growing, multidisciplinary clinic. They offer a warm, safe, clean, and collaborative environment for staff, children, and families, promoting psychological safety and a destination work setting. The clinic emphasizes a multidisciplinary model including OT, PT, SLP, ABA, and Mental Health, with over 14 years of experience and more than 100 staff members. They are a clinician-led practice focused on long-term careers, offering strong leadership support and maintaining clinical integrity. Their growth model is slow and intentional, providing stability, and they are not a "churn and burn" ABA model. The team boasts a 95% retention rate, with dedicated and mutually respectful professionals. The spacious clinic is designed to meet the needs of therapists across disciplines, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A strong mentorship program with Department Head Supervision is available for new therapists.

Requirements

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Expected hours: 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services as an RBT within a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a team of therapeutic professionals including OT, PT, SLP, ABA, and Mental Health specialists.
• Adhere to clinical integrity and ethical quality of care for clients.
• Participate in a strong mentorship program and receive supervision from Department Heads.
