About The Position
EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school partner school team in Pasco, WA. Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license for the state of Washington (required)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass a criminal background and abuse registry check
- Strong commitment to working within a collaborative, student-centered environment
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an RBT (preferred)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff
- Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- Support individualized treatment goals under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
