About The Position
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time ABA therapy opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA. This position offers a combination of clinic-based and in-home services, providing variety in your schedule while allowing you to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients and families. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT who is passionate about helping children with autism develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy. Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior ABA experience required
- Must be comfortable working in both clinic and home settings
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation
