Requirements

  • A passion for positively impacting the lives of children with autism and their families.
  • Enthusiasm and high-energy levels.
  • Active (or voluntary inactive) RBT credential number on the BACB website.
  • Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician and proficient in ABA terminology and practice.
  • Experience with children in a professional setting, supporting them with communication and behavioral needs.
  • Reliable and consistent.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel to various clients’ homes up to 40 miles from your home location, reliably Monday through Friday.
  • CPR certification (reimbursed if not currently held).
  • Fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Must be able to furnish proof of vaccination or be willing to seek weekly testing for COVID-19 if required by local laws.
  • Able to pass a background check and reference check.
  • Qualified to work in the US.
  • Meet physical requirements including lifting at least 50 pounds, floor play, running, finger dexterity, climbing, and standing for long periods.

  • Experience providing ABA Therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with families to build a strong foundation for their children with an autism diagnosis.
  • Support children with communication and behavioral needs.
  • Travel to various clients’ homes up to 40 miles from your home location, reliably Monday through Friday.
  • Engage and motivate clients in a playful environment.
  • Maintain reliability and consistency in service delivery.
