Northeast Family Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their growing team. This is a part-time, Fee For Service position. The RBT will be responsible for implementing clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and providing ABA-based instruction to promote the development of new skills, under the direction of their supervising BCBA. The RBT will monitor client behavior, collect data, and report this data to the supervising BCBA. The role involves collaborating with the supervising BCBA and the client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
