About The Position

Greater Goals ABA is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their mission-driven clinical team. This role is for individuals passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
Current RBT certification.
Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process.
Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
