About The Position

Greater Goals ABA is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their mission-driven clinical team. This role is for individuals passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Current RBT certification.
  • Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
  • Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
  • Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process.
  • Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
