Great Strides ABA is seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their expanding program. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping children grow, learn, and succeed, and to be an integral part of breakthrough moments firsthand.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- RBT Certification
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
- Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
- Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process.
- Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
