About The Position
The Treetop Therapy is seeking compassionate and motivated, Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. This role involves working one-on-one with children to help them build essential skills and achieve greater independence. Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children across different ages and abilities
- Spanish speaking ability

- TRICARE certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home settings.
- Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
- Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and clinical team.
