About The Position

The Treetop Therapy is seeking compassionate and motivated, Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home and in clinic settings. This role involves working one-on-one with children with autism to help them build essential skills and achieve greater independence. The position is based in Bloomingdale, GA, and requires collaboration with families and close supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities
• Spanish speaking proficiency

Nice To Haves

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
