About The Position

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work closely with our patients to provide an unparalleled level of service through compassionate and knowledgeable care, in combination with the intensive nature of our individualized program. Come join our mission!

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have completed high school or equivalent
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans
• Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient
