About The Position
The Treetop is hiring In-Clinic/In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona. They are looking for compassionate and dedicated professionals to help children grow, learn, and reach their full potential. The Treetop offers support, training, and growth opportunities for both new and experienced RBTs. The role involves working 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing therapy plans, tracking progress, and communicating with families. Sessions take place in clients' homes, requiring independent work while staying connected with the clinical team. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within the service area.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience is a plus.
- RBT certification.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and keep families updated on child's progress.
- Work independently in clients' homes while staying connected with the clinical team.
