As part of our in-home ABA team, you'll work directly with children in their natural environment-at home-where your impact is immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change. In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing. Sessions take place in clients' homes, so you'll need to feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team. We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Auto insurance

Nice To Haves

  • ABA experience is a plus!
  • Already certified as an RBT

Responsibilities
