About The Position

At CWO, we have created a team where ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech & Language Therapy providers come together, united by a common goal – providing comprehensive and integrated therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. By combining our expertise, we create a powerful synergy that enhances the effectiveness of each therapy modality. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a key role in creating meaningful learning opportunities for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this role, you will support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized, evidence-based interventions. RBTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other RBTs to ensure each child receives high-quality, coordinated care.
